Afeeyah Health was founded to provide excellent, patient centered, accessible, and affordable primary care services to our patients in the Greater Twin Cities area.
We provide primary care services to adults and older adults in the comfort of their homes.

Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, hyperlipidemia, infections, etc.

Ordering, performing, interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays; prescribing medications and other treatments.

Providing medication management by monitoring for medication adherence, side effects, and polypharmacy.
